We work by hand and on CNC machines. Since 2016.
The workshop has been running since 2016. We make furniture and objects out of wood: some things are faster to cut on the router, others can only be done by hand with a chisel. In 2022 the workshop became a studio, which added design work and classes to what we build.
The studio also runs classes. We show you how to hold the tools and let you build your own piece from rough stock to the last coat of oil.
A good wooden piece outlives its owner. That is what we work for.

Conservation
We rebuild old furniture the way it was made: the same joints, shellac and finishes mixed in house, veneer matched to the age and the species. We repair the frame, patch what is missing and bring the surface back with French polish. The aim is to keep the original, not to turn it into a new piece.

Craft
Ornament, window casings, architectural mouldings, carving in the round. Repeating elements go on the CNC, the fine work is finished by hand with a chisel.
Production
Wardrobes, tables, kitchens and shelving to your measurements. We start with a sketch and a 3D model, agree on the material and the hardware, then cut, assemble and install.
Craft
Cutting boards, serving platters, spatulas, rolling pins. Solid local timber, finished with food-safe oil and wax. A board like this can be used every day and it does it no harm.
Construction
Timber-frame houses, garden pavilions, saunas, terraces and canopies. We handle the whole job: working drawings, parts made in the workshop, assembly on site.
Production
Wall panels, ceiling beams, built-in shelving and furniture sized to the room. We measure what is already there and fit the design around uneven walls and low ceilings, rather than the other way round.
Craft
River tables, backlit panels, decorative objects. We pick the grain of the slab and the colour of the resin to suit the room. Not even we could pour the same piece twice.
